Is the consultation really free?

Yes — 30 minutes, virtual or in person, no obligation and no card on file. It exists so both of us can find out if this is a good fit before any money changes hands.

Does insurance cover this?

Not yet, in most cases — natural medicine services are new enough that coverage is rare. We'll talk through payment plans and any options that may apply to you in the consultation.

What if I'm not eligible after clearance?

Then we tell you plainly, explain why, and help you find alternatives that may serve you better. An honest no is part of the service — and you aren't charged for steps you don't take. [policy wording TBD]

Are there extra costs on session day?

No. The medicine, the room, and your facilitator's full day are all part of the single fee. The only thing you arrange separately is your ride home.
